  • The cost of staging will vary from home to home, however we base our prices on a few key factors.

    1. Property address

    We can usually provide a proposal for your staging project after a quick conversation. Our basic vacant staging packages start at $1700. Within a week of install, we will come out to preview the property to plan inventory and design.

  • Our staging installations stay in place for 30 to 60 days depending on your contract with an option for renewal. An additional 30-day rental is 40% of the initial staging price.

  • We require the invoice to be paid in full before staging day. Unlike a contractor, nearly all of our costs are frontloaded. By the time we arrive at your listing, we've already spent hours planning and packing, reserving inventory, loading it, paying for movers, and reserving your date on our calendar. This practice is an industry standard.

  • It is extremely important that you leave our staging undisturbed for both design strategy and liability purposes. We have years of experience, and we work very hard to place each item with strategy and care. Moving those items around can damage them, damage the integrity of the design, and ultimately do far more harm than good. Thank you for respecting our expertise!

  • We absolutely love giving our realtor presentation. We can come to your office or do it via Zoom. Whatever is most convenient for you! Please fill out the form on our Contact page to get started.

  • Our business is a branch of the real estate industry and because of that we understand the nature of the ever-changing market. Therefore, we do our best to be flexible and meet the needs of our clients! We would appreciate 2 weeks notice when possible.

  • We love our clients and appreciate that you want a sneak peek on install day. However, in order for us to stick to our schedule and timeline, we need to save questions and chats for a different time. The property needs to vacated of homeowners, cleaning crews, agent and contractors during install.

  • We kindly require that all work done by contractors is completed and that the property is professionally cleaned days before the staging day. Please ensure that water and electricity are on and functional. Lockbox code or property entry must be provided prior to stage date. For our safety and the safety of others, please provide snow removal and de-icing on exterior walkways during Winter months.
