About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, youβll play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently. This role works closely with and provides direct support to our Marketing & Client Care Coordinator, Whitney. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting with scheduling, email management, and client communication.
Helping manage inquiries and ensuring timely responses to clients.
Supporting Whitney with marketing tasks, social media, and project coordination.
Maintaining organization of digital files, documents, and workflows.
Providing general administrative support to keep our team on track.
What Weβre Looking For:
Prior administrative or office experience (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
