About the Role:

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently. This role works closely with and provides direct support to our Marketing & Client Care Coordinator, Whitney. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with scheduling, email management, and client communication.

  • Helping manage inquiries and ensuring timely responses to clients.

  • Supporting Whitney with marketing tasks, social media, and project coordination.

  • Maintaining organization of digital files, documents, and workflows.

  • Providing general administrative support to keep our team on track.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior administrative or office experience (preferred but not required).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
