Stager
Shamrock Hill Design is a home staging and interior design company serving the Baltimore–Washington, D.C. area. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Stager to join our team and help transform empty houses into inviting, market-ready homes.
What You’ll Do
Style and arrange furniture, art, and accessories to create beautiful, cohesive spaces.
Work on-site with our team to set up and break down stagings efficiently and with care.
Maintain the polished, high-end look that clients expect from Shamrock Hill Design.
Assist with packing, loading, and unloading inventory from the warehouse to each project location.
Keep staging inventory organized and in excellent condition.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in home staging, interior design, or visual merchandising is a plus—but a strong eye for design and a willingness to learn are just as important.
A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
Great communication skills and a positive attitude when collaborating with coworkers, clients, and movers.
Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture and décor items as part of daily staging work.
Reliable transportation to job sites across the Baltimore–Washington region.
